Vitalsee multidim VITAMIN B consists of a complex with several B vitamins. These fulfill different regulatory tasks in carbohydrate, fat and protein metabolism and can have a metabolism-activating and complementary effect. They can also be important for blood formation and  also act as so-called radical scavengers.

One Vitalsee multidim VITAMIN B capsule contains:

Vitamin B1 = thiamine 0.58 mg: is particularly important for carbohydrate metabolism.

Vitamin B2 = Riboflavin 0.80 mg: supports the conversion of proteins, fats and carbohydrates in the metabolism.

Vitamin B3 = niacin 9.94 mg: plays an important role in energy supply as it is involved in fat and carbohydrate metabolism.

Vitamin B5 = pantothenic acid 3.86 mg: is involved in carbohydrate, fat and amino acid metabolism. It is involved in countless assembly and disassembly processes.

Vitamin B6 = pyridoxine 0.53 mg: plays an important role in the metabolism of amino acids.

Vitamin B7 = biotin 34.6 µg: promotes the growth of blood cells, sebaceous glands, skin, hair and nerve tissue. The effect of biotin is enhanced by vitamins B2, B6, B12.

Vitamin B9, B1 = folic acid 120 µg: is involved in the formation of blood cells and mucous membrane cells and helps to break down the acid homocysteine. It is therefore particularly important for blood formation and cell division and represents an essential component of the genetic information in the cell nuclei.

Vitamin B12 = cobalamin 1.25 µg: is one of the water-soluble vitamins and is an important component of enzymes that are involved in various metabolic processes in the body. This represents an essential task in the breakdown of individual fatty acids. There is an increased need during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
